  2. My husband, Arnie Liebowitz and I visited Curaçao in June of 2023.We were on a cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We visited the Mikve Israel Synagogue and we were in awe. To walk on the sandy floor and see the layout, the structure and furniture in its original condition was overwhelming. The experience and connection that we felt was indescribable.
We were blessed to have afforded the opportunity to step on the floor of this unique Synagogue.
Thanks to all the “Care Takers” who are responsible for the preservation of this part of our history.
    Shalom!
